Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PCNDesk website and software provided by FleetPCN Ltd trading as PCNDesk ("we", "us"). By using PCNDesk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

PCNDesk is software that helps businesses manage penalty and parking charge notices in one place. It is a tool. It does not provide legal advice, does not submit appeals or make payments for you, and does not guarantee any PCN outcome.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must use PCNDesk lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.

Fees

Where fees apply, they are set out in your order or in-app pricing. Fees are payable in advance and exclude VAT unless stated.

Data

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of the data you upload and grant us a licence to process it to provide the service.

Availability

We aim to keep PCNDesk available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or change features to improve the service.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period.

Termination

Either party may end the agreement in line with the plan you signed up to. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
